Centro Diurno per Minori – Day Center for Minors

GiocareSenzaFrontiere (Playing Without Borders) is organized by the Cotrad and Risvolti cooperatives at Cairoli Elementary School, located at Via Giordano Bruno 2, Rome. In addition to the afternoon day center for minors, they regularly organize multicultural, fun and informative events, such as the Mother Tongue Festival and awareness workshops for parents and education professionals.

Target audience
Boys and girls aged 3 to 11, families, teachers, and professionals from the Municipio Roma 1 area, the wider community.

♦ I AM UNIQUE – Self-Esteem Workshop

Every Monday from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, from April 13th to June 7th, 2026

Objectives
– Foster self-knowledge and awareness of one’s strengths
– Develop self-esteem and self-confidence
– Promote empathy and the ability to recognize and appreciate the strengths of others
– Strengthen social and relational skills in the group.

♦ PLAY AND MOVEMENT – Sports and Recreation Workshop
Every Tuesday from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM from April 14th to June 7th, 2026

Objectives
– Promote and encourage integration among children
– Learn the rules of the game and respectful behavior toward opponents and teammates
– Increase awareness of one’s body and the surrounding space
– Channel energy toward a shared and constructive goal

Activities
Outdoor movement aimed at physical and mental well-being, fun, and peer socialization. A space will be set up where children can experiment and engage in various physical activities, such as obstacle courses, trekking, and team games.
